Arlington's STAR program uses Trapeze software to schedule rides. With Trapeze's PASS-Web, STAR users can book, review and cancel rides directly. STAR on the Web is designed to be a secure Internet application. Potential STAR users are required to obtain a User ID and Password to use this service. If you do not know your User ID or Password, please contact the STAR Call Center at 703-892-8747 Monday thru Friday between 8:30 am and 5:30pm to obtain this information. |
